We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where applicable, pre-contractual necessity (assessing the scope of a potential engagement).

We retain enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last contact. If an engagement proceeds, data relevant to the engagement may be retained for up to 5 years to meet legal and professional obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. Third-Party Services
This website uses Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to process form submissions. Your data is transmitted securely and is subject to Web3Forms' own privacy policy. We use no other third-party data processors through this website.
This website is hosted on a static content delivery infrastructure. No server-side data is stored by the hosting provider beyond standard access logs.
6. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store form data on public-facing servers. Internal communications containing personal data are handled through encrypted channels.
We apply bot protection and spam filtering to contact forms to reduce unsolicited submissions and protect the integrity of the enquiry process.
